  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or regional disruptions.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. FestivalLights is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email/SMS.
  • You can monitor the delivery status directly through our courier partners’ tracking portal.

5. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • If a shipment is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges, which must be paid before the second dispatch.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@FestivalLights.in with clear photos and order details.
  • Such cases are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, and eligible items will be replaced or refunded.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, FestivalLights.in. ships only within India. We do not support international orders at this time.
