At FestivalLights, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we accept returns and issue refunds under limited circumstances only, as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
- You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- FestivalLights reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, software)
- Any other items marked as non-returnable at checkout
- Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.
Return Process
- Submit your return request via our support email or contact form within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify your claim and provide return instructions if eligible.
- Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error by DiwaliLights.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for approved returns.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a DiwaliLights error.
- Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
